Our Leica Gallery Model of the Month is Nekesha from Upland, California. The author of the website Richard Oesterling took these photos in a recent location shoot in Joshua Tree National Park, California. Using a Leica R8, 35-70mm F4 Vario Elmarit, 50mm F1.4 Summilux, and Metz 54-MZ3 TTL Flash, you can see that the only equipment capable of capturing the beauty of Nekesha had to be a Leica, quick - reliable & sharp. The Leica R8 performed flawlessly in the cold winter desert climate of Joshua Tree, unfaultering with perfect contrast & sharpness throughout the entire frame.
